New Jalajog Food Products was founded on October 18, 2008.

To uphold and continue the trusted legacy once built by the iconic Jalajog. Loved by generations, the Jalajog name was synonymous with tradition, quality and taste in West Bengal.
Honouring that rich heritage, New Jalajog quickly became one of the state’s oldest and most recognized bakery and confectionery manufacturer known today for its authentic recipes, uncompromised standards and long-standing customer trust.

Our Growth & Distribution

We began with just 25 outlets across Howrah, Hooghly and Kolkata and have now expanded to over 200 franchise-operated outlets across West Bengal. In the earlier years, our products were also distributed through general stores alongside our franchise outlets.
However, starting from 2023, we shifted to a franchise-only supply model to maintain better quality control, brand consistency and customer experience.
That said, a few long-standing general store partners who were with us before 2023 continue to receive our products as a mark of respect and continued trust.
